Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and proactive E-Commerce Marketing Manager to lead and manage our e-commerce and marketing client work. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing strategies to improve online sales, manage digital marketing campaigns, and optimise e-commerce platforms.

Role Requirements & Responsibilities
E-Commerce Strategy Implementation:
- Create and implement tailored e-commerce marketing strategies to improve client online sales, revenue, and profit.
- Work with clients to optimise their online stores, user experience, and conversion rates.
Paid Media Management:
- Plan, execute, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Meta, and TikTok.
- Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights for optimisation.
SEO:
- Implement SEO best practices to increase website traffic and improve search engine rankings.
Email Automation Management:
- Develop and execute automated email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Klaviyo or Mailchimp.
- Create segmentation and personalised email workflows to maximise customer engagement and retention.
Client Communication and Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on campaign performance and strategic recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams (designers, developers, and marketers) to deliver high-quality e-commerce solutions and campaigns.
- Provide insights and recommendations for site improvements based on industry trends and competitor analysis.
Experience and Skills
Required:
- Proven success in driving marketing account revenue and growth.
- Experience in e-commerce marketing or digital marketing roles or environments.
- Experience in managing Google Ads and Meta Business Suite.
- Content awareness; knowing the correct content strategy to utilise and how to procure (or create) the required content.
- Content accuracy; ensure high-quality execution for public-facing campaigns (e.g. grammar, copy context, image quality).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Desirable:
- Experience in delivering campaigns or optimising Amazon accounts.
- Proven success in delivering lead-generation strategies.
- Experience with Google Tag Manager, including conversion tracking implementation.
- Content writing skills (e.g. for digital platform optimisation or search engine optimisation).
- Have an understanding of affiliate marketing.
- Familiarity with website user experience (UX) optimisation.
- Multilingual skills (including ).
